Cooley Walters is a broker for Walters Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (WCRE) focusing on Land and Industrial in Charlotte, North Carolina and the I-40 Corridor between Winston Salem and Morganton, North Carolina. 

Cooley has had a wide-ranging professional background before coming on at WCRE, marking ten years in the Film & Television industry across the United States, years of experience in Construction & Consulting and also Systems Administration. He brings a unique and diverse experience base to the WCRE team. 

Cooley is a family man, living on several acres in a small town outside Hickory, North Carolina nestled in a valley of the Brushy Mountains with his wife, two small daughters, and two Goldendoodles. 

Cooley graduated in 2012 from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Sciences.
