Service is central to WCRE. We have a long history of working within the community, predominantly with YMCA-associated ventures. WCRE has sponsored the YMCA annual clayshoot, which benefits the Y Readers program, for years.

Norman has held many roles within the Charlotte community; however, nothing quite compares to the fulfillment of supporting the Y Readers Program alongside two of his sons and brother.
